9925 109 STREET –
ELEVATOR CAB INTERIORS

Over a period of four phases, we assisted Triovest in renovating twelve floors of washrooms and corridors in what was previously known as the Focus Building, now referred to as 9925 109 Street.  The programming requirements were for a warm and inviting washroom environment.  We were inspired by the classic look of many of the building’s main floor features.  We created a white and warm/beige pallet for the washrooms.  A seemingly floating quartz vanity hides the waste basket below in millwork while modern floating mirrors hanging above each sink while capped with an elegant fabric wall sconce.  The feature of the washroom is the glass tile backsplash.
