Bold Design was selected by College Park Dental in Lloydminster, AB to assist with the design and review of their new clinic build-out.  With 2,900 square feet and eight operatories, our role was to review an existing layout by the Client’s dental supplier as well as refine any flow requirements.  From there we worked closely with the Client’s contractor and dental supplier on the design.

 

Programming requirements included: modern, warm and clean.  Dr. Strang wanted to create an upscale luxurious space.  Bold Design worked closely with various suppliers such to achieve the final result.  Special attention was paid to the install of large 24” x 48” tile, oversized slab stone and tile features and all the wood veneer.

 

A design highlight for the space is the RGB LED lighting feature at the reception area along with the Turf Design architectural ceiling baffles. 

 

All final selections were selected to help define space, form and compliment that vast amount of natural sunlight.
