Looking to enjoy the views of the river in St. Albert during all four seasons, the Owner of this condo in St. Albert approached Bold Design Inc. to implement a year round design for this two-level patio.  The feature of the patio is the basement walk out.  Rising two-stories, the new stone feature acts as a visual barrier between the patio and the neighbours but also acts as the backdrop for the natural gas, open pit fire place.
